The project execution is conducted according to Rational Unified Process (RUP). Analysis and design, including Design model, Data model and Software architecture document. Developing of a proof-of-concept prototype, implementing some of the system’s major features. The product is a web system that is a part of the Bulgarian e-government. It implements computer security incidents management, adopting SCAP features for the purposes of software vulnerabilities web crawling, management and criteria-based automated delivery, contacts management, user management, content management, feeds and mailing lists. Another part of the project is developing and integrating a certified Administrative Information System (AIS) that meets the legal requirements for providing Electronic Administrative Services. Execution, demonstration and documentation of functional, integration and stress tests. System integration and maintenance for 12 months.
