Design and development of a Java module using Cisco UCM JTAPI interface. Call monitoring and recording in a corporate Cisco UC-based VoIP environment. A web service client, interfaced with a separate C++ module for traffic capture and analysis. The Java module intercept signalling events from the UCM, logs them into database and/or signals the C++ module to start/stop a capture – according to a set of predefined rules.
